Below is a general floor plan of the Exhibition Centre.
Please Note: A more detailed breakdown of the floorplan showing exhibition spaces will be shown as soon as it is available.
Ground Floor
- The Exhibition area will be in B1 and B2, with the potential for a large demo area situated in B3 and B4
- Directly outside Hall B is an open area which can be used for large data links related equipment. (Trucks etc...)
- B1 and B2 together are appoximately 3641m2 in size. B2 and B3 together are also approximately 3641m2 in size.
- Catering will be in the B1/B2 area between the exhibition stands as usual.
First Floor
- Jan Mayen 1, 2 and 3 in Hall A2 will be used as the main session area.
- Svalbard will be used as the Education Suite.
- The Bridge accross to the hotel and the Gold Package Rooms is next to the Svalbard room.
Hotel First Floor Plan - Gold Package Rooms
- Rooms 202, 203, 204, 206, 207 and 208 will potentially used as the Gold Package Rooms.
- These will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
- Rooms 211, 212 and 213 will potentially be used as the meeting rooms for hire via the website.
